About Solobuch
Solobuch is a service of mcarrow software UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Altena, Germany — e-invoicing and bookkeeping for the self-employed. The service used to be called EasyERechnung.
What Solobuch does
- Create, validate and send e-invoices as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD 2.3 (Factur-X, EN 16931).
- Manage invoices, clients and expenses in one place, including the small-business rule under § 19 UStG.
- Analyse your income-surplus statement (EÜR) and hand data to your tax advisor as a DATEV export.
- Free tools without signing up: invoice generator, XML validator, Leitweg-ID checker, IBAN checker, VAT and early-payment discount calculators.
Who is behind it
Solobuch is founded and built by Serhii Makarov (founder & developer). He is the managing director of mcarrow software UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Altena and is responsible for product, engineering and content.
Where your data is stored
The application runs on servers in Germany (Hetzner). Sensitive fields are additionally encrypted at application level. Details are in the privacy policy.
Not to be confused with
Solobuch is not affiliated with "EASY E-Rechnung" by jatosha GmbH and has no business relationship with it. The former name EasyERechnung referred to this service, not to any other product.
